How to download an archive of your GoSoapBox account data

1. Browse to your GoSoapBox account dashboard. You may have to sign in to access this page.

2. Scroll down and click Download Account Data Archive.

3. After a few seconds of processing, your browser will download a json file prefixed with gosoapbox-account-data.

What's included in the data archive?

The data archive includes all of the content from the events you have created on GoSoapBox, but does not include student responses to your content. For example, your polls, quizzes, and discussions will be listed in the archive, but none of the responses. There is currently no way to include student responses in this archive file.

How can you use the data archive?

The file itself is JSON-formatted, and not intended to be easily readable. You will likely need to transform this JSON in some way to port your content to other platforms.
